"We came to SD for our daughter’s graduation and commissioning. We had the ocean view villa. Our room was spacious and had an excellent view of the bay. Staff was always pleasant and helpful with requests. The only negative was the room had a musty smell and we were so busy I didn’t think to mention until last day. The staff quickly tried to remedy the smell . The last day the bathroom toilet was leaking sewer smells as the toilet was loose and rocked. That was the camel that broke the camels...

"Our room was right next to the staff supply room (many rooms are near these supply rooms) which means we heard banging, doors slamming, power washers and other loud machinery throughout the day. The adjoining wall with the staff supply room had loud banging audible until 11pm. My husband works from home, and the room service opened the door and tried to enter without knocking/ knocked as they were entering. Very disrespectful. "Staff is amazing here. Very nice room in the Marina Tower. Note - the two towers are not right next to each other. My sister was in the tower further away which was a bit of a bummer but they do have someone to shuttle you back and forth. It’s a very minor inconvenience."

"Elevator in building C was broken had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage. My initial room smells like mildew and did not have a microwave. I asked to be relocated which they did initial Lady to help me out and not give me a parking ticket and every night I was paranoid that I would get towed away. Second Lady that helped relocate me was a sweetheart and tried to make everything better hope her night got better ❤️"
