"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We immediately informed the front desk and showed them the evidence. Because the hotel did not have another room available, we had no choice but to leave the hotel.
The bed bugs also bit my hand, and I took pictures of the bites as well as the bed bugs in the room.

"Absolutely shocking the photos on the website are a fabrication.
I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher.
The entrance and stairs were filthy and haven't been vacuumed for ages. Loose pills on the stairs, receipts, more rubbish and had to navigate over shoes,shopping bags, beer boxes and yet more rubbish.
And this was before I got into the room.
