"Great location and beautiful beach. Clean room and staffs are nice! The food per portion was so little and waiting for a while at the restaurant. There are not many shows at night time like other resorts. But the ice cream/ snacks shop is a plus! Only thing we don't like the hotel app, should be optional instead of without it can't review the menu or the maps around the resort."

"Habitación muy pequeña pero bonita, comida muy rica, personal muy atento, el restaurante circus nos dio reservación a las 10 pm y cuando llegamos nos pasaron hasta las 10:30 y el restaurante cerraba a las 11:00pm por lo que comimos a las prisas, mucha comida que queríamos ya no había, el último show de circo es a las 9:45 y nadie nos lo mencionó por lo cual llegamos a la reservación y nos tomó por sorpresa y nos pusimos tristes pues ese es el atractivo del lugar, nos llevaron a un desayuno de...

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
