"The hotel was really disappointing. We were 3 girls and paid for a triple room. When checking in they said we couldn’t have a 2 bed room and only one-bed rooms were available. However, doble bed would be available if upgrading (paying $400 extra). That was the general experience, you have to pay extra for everything, the beds at the pool, the good cuts at the restaurants, the cokes at the fridge. They were trying to get more money for everything! So if you are looking for an all inclusive hotel...

The only problem was that the pull out bed had a very old mattress that needed to be replaced. I asked for extra pillows to use for added support. I will know next time not to get a room with a pull out sofa bed. Other than that it was the perfect get-away!"
