"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy.

"This hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and really nice, the space is charming, 1st class.
All the beaches in playa are not as good or as big as they used to be so the beach is tiny. Beach club next door is nice, friendly.
I would return. This is strickly no smoking. "

"We had an amazing stay at Orchid House Tulum Beach. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. The location is perfect — right on the beach and walkable to great restaurants and beach clubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. The vibe is relaxed but upscale. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Everyone at this hotel is so friendly and wonderful, the stay was gorgeous for our honeymoon.
