Small boutique resort. Perfect for relaxing! The pools and private beach were wonderful and maintained. The food options were minimal but delicious and always available. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Love Zoetry, The staff Leo, Jorge, Ivan the service is exceptional all the people that servers us phenomenal. The place is a paradise I cannot wait to go back in 2025 when it will go through a renovation. The food was excellent, music, the beach so nice.

We loved our stay at Villa Rolandi. Very attentive staff, two great restaurants, lovely amenities. They are about to undergo remodeling so there were construction noises during the day. That was the only downside, and it was slight. We would come back!

We had to change rooms 3 times within 24 hours. AC issues. Our first room registered 82 deg and after 8 hrs they kept saying just give it 15 more mins! Finally moved us to another room at 10 oâclock at night and that room wasnât much better. Finally the next day around noon we got a room with decent AC. The balcony was nice but dirty and the chairs were about to break.

Our stay at Zoetry was first class! The staff went above and beyond for us. Even when we took a cab to Playa Norte they ran out and offered a cooler with ice and drinks before we left! Anytime we needed anything they were at our room under 10 minutes. The spa was the best service we had ever and resort was gorgeous always super clean. The food was great! One of the restaurants is French which we donât care much for that type of food but the other restaurant had great food. The ease of booking transportation to the resort from the airport through the front desk was a breeze. One of my guests is pretty picky when it comes to food and service and she was completely blown away. Yeh resort is on the smaller side and meant for people who want peace. If you have a party group and donât know how to act when drinking, consider staying in Cancun. This resort is super low key and tranquil. 10/10!

We were celebrating my significant other's birth day in Cancun and wanted to make the first few days of our trip worthwhile so I decided to book our stay in Hotel Zoetry Rolandi.
For their daily price range, we were expecting an elegant luxury hotel room, but sadly it wasnt. Their rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Furnitures appears out dated. The king size bed was on a very firm side which made sleeping uncomfortable. A mattress topper would have been ideal. The jacuzzi outside our room had a very noticeable crack and was dirty.
Their gym was closed due to covid, but it would have been feasible if they had set up an assigned time for guest to use individually or per room.
The food was great on the first day. We had dinner in the restaurant, but when we had ordered room service and upon taking several bites of my entree, I noticed there were grains of sand.
Now even though we've ran into several issues about the hotel, it was the alluring views outside our patio and the wonderful staff that made our stay pleasant.

So, most staff super friendly and helpful. Other staff have no idea what they are doing or treat you like your you are not worth there time. All Restaurant staff were very good. The only people I saw swimming were the people doing laps for exercise, pools were very cold. The one salt water pool that is heated is falling apart. Tiles on the floor of this pool or guest are putting the tiles on the outer shelf of the pool, not what I expected for the amount of money I spent. Rooms are a little dated and can be dangerous at night. There are 2 steps going down to the in room refrigerator, I was very cautious at night because it is dark in the room. But, I did see someone that got a severe sprain and needed a walking boot the rest of the trip. The last and worse thing that happened to us. The day before we left, we were told we getting transportation from Zoetry resort to The Dreams resort on Cancun (this is a sister resort). From there we were to be picked up and taken to the airport. On the day we left, it was very windy and the sea was rough, so they sent us on the ferry instead. We specifically asked if they made arrangements for us to be picked up at the ferry port to get to the airport. We were assured that everything was taken care of. We waited at the Ferry port for 1/2 and started getting worried. We called the transportation company and we were told they never were told to pick us up. So, we ended taking a cab and were extremely over charged. $80 us

The facility, rooms, pools and beach are clean and beautiful but the best thing about the hotel was the service. The entire staff was beyond helpful with everything. They were extremely friendly provided amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!

El hotel excelente en instalaciones la comida no muy buena en los platillos fuertes y el servicio del spa espantoso me recomendaron una limpieza facial que dejo manchas en la cara y el tratamiento en cuerpo sin palabras nada profesional

Zoetry is in a beautiful location and you cannot ask for more in terms of the scenery and laid back relaxing atmosphere. Staff were super accommodating, friendly and responsive especially David, Alejandro, and Joseph. Maid service was top notch and we saw room touchups daily including turndown service in the evening. Special touches like a special happy anniversary message weâre greatly appreciated. We never waited to be seated for dinner or breakfast and received waters edge views without asking 90 percent of the time, menu options were quite varied and all delicious including le Metissage which is a 7 course tasting dinner with a different menu each night. Tip: you need reservations for le metissage so plan ahead. Tip: our room was on the ground floor which I highly recommend for the on the beach vibe and accessibility. This isnât something I would normally do due to privacy concerns but we really enjoyed hanging by the pool and ordering appetizers via room service so we could enjoy notch food on our veranda. There is wait service at the pool as well but the menu options are more limited. Safety was never a concern. For a really special experience, hang out on the beach after dinner and you may see loggerheads come up on the beach to lay their eggs. There were 11 in one night! We participated in several excursions: golf cart rental was easy to arrange at the front desk as well as taxi rides and snorkeling. You pay a little more for the convenience.

Great service and food
This small hotel has top notch service. There is private small craft ferrying from Cancun directly to the property. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but the resort will undergo major renovations soon. Service is what makes the difference here. This is a high end all inclusive resort that serves a la carte and no Buffett ( 2 restaurants with top notch chefs) . Check in was seamless. Alfredo the waiter at the Restaurant Rolandiâs made our stay very pleasant. Leo, the great organizer at the pool was very nice.
