"We paid online for queen + single bed room but when we arrived they told us that our room is not available due to dysfunctional air-cond. So they just give us a room with queen size bed + extra bed. The room are small and cramp with the extra bed plus 2 kids. The shower also running very slow. Cleanliness is a so-so.
