It’s one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It reminds us the colonial era yet the facilities are modern. The staff are friendly and always available to help. There are lots of food choices within a 5-10 walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and adequate though lacking in some furnishings. Bed was ok for me but too hard for my wife. Bathroom fine
Rooftop terrace disappointing. Didn't try free breakfast as only cereal and coffee so can't comment. Location is really good. We would stay here again

From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good.
Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return
