"Hotel uses solar heat for its hot water. Ample parking for cars. Had to pay RM5 for use of extra pillow for my 83 yr old aunt. Only 1 socket in room. No slipper for use in bathroom."

"the room we got it was cheap and that is why no window. the room were dark and smelly due to floor trap smelly. The main problem no ventilation, dark and air cond not cold. so the room is smelly. However, the staff very nice and friendly."

"A beautiful place to relax and chill out. Staff extremely accommodating. If you love nature and a cool climate, this is the place to be. Pianist to while away time while you read, have a drink or enjoy a beautiful afternoon tea. Regarding meals it would have been nice to have a mix of local and western food on the dinner menu."

"Excellent staff especially front of house and doormen, also housekeeping were brilliant! Loved the rooms and amazing beds. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and relaxing there plus the great view. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend. On a great spot too!"
