Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. The lack of drawers for clothes and an extremely small hanging rack also took away from it being excellent. But overall we loved the stay here and we will be back!

Good place to stay, convenient. Rooms were clean and ok, small and kinda pricy for the size. One suggestion to have mirrors in the room, the only mirror they have is in the bathroom and its not convenient at all.

Almost nice place to stay

Friendly welcome but the room was not ready (3.30pm). Anyway got a voucher for afternoon tea with little sweets. Super friendly and helpful staff as well as the environment and architecture. But my request for breakfast was ignored despite fruits are available at every market. And everywhere it's too cold from the AC's.

I really enjoy the free high tea buffet offered by the hotel. The choices of the breakfast provided was little. I always like to have some fresh air, however the window of my room is opened to the corridor. BTW, it is a good hotel in this price.

Great polite staff. However, housekeeping staff needs a lot of help as it might be overwhelming for them. We had two rooms. One without hairdryer another one without TV remote controller. Dustbin cover were seperated. It took them more than 30mins to get back. Getting keys to the gym is tedious , staff handed wrong access cards. It should be accessible via room cards. Skip the morning breakfast. The only good items were the chilli and coffee. Very good property overall with nice touch such as the tidbit and coffee / tea station just outside our rooms. Hardworking moon cake promoter but we didn't buy because it didn't taste good at all. We felt bad for the promoter.
