"Pretty average for the price. Whole place needs modernising, very dated and not well maintained. Breakfast was very average. House keeping was non existent. Cheeky to charge for parking. Very central with the city centre on the doorstep."

"Stayed here before as it’s a great place to stay - so central to everything and is self contained which is what we look for - we had to move rooms after 2 days because of an overbooking but they did it all very professionally and we were compensated for it which was very nice of them - you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here 👍"

"We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...

"Awesome place to stay in Queenstown. One of the best places we have stayed at in our travels all over the world. Full amenities and the location can't be beat! Be sure to book the lake facing units as waking up every morning to the view of the Remarkables is a once in a lifetime experience. The units are well equipped and the reception staff was very accommodating and reachable. You can even rent a BBQ grill for a day to cook some steaks while admiring the view.
