"I had a wonderful stay at Cordis Auckland and was genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout the hotel. From the concierge to the business centre team, everyone was professional, attentive and eager to help. The food on offer was excellent, with great quality and variety, making dining a real highlight. Overall, the consistently high standard of service made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily return."

"The hotel (1 bedroom unit) was incredible. Super clean, modern yet felt like home. Furniture incredibly comfortable as was the bed. The towels and sheets all top level too. They have a shuttle that runs you to the center of town on the hour that was never too crowded that they couldn't accomodate. The views were stunning with a large balcony with seating overlooking lake tekaipu."

"We really enjoyed our four day stay in Queenstown at the Platinum Villas. Our townhome was luxurious, spacious and relaxing with a fireplace and backyard with side views of the lake. The villas are located near the top of Fernhill Rd. which is within a mile walk or drive to the downtown port area. We usually walked downtown but it is a steep uphill back to the villas. The location is perfect as it is quiet and walkable to downtown but removed from the busy tourist traffic of the downtown area....

"Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
