When we first arrived, I called the late check in line and they demanded my full credit card information otherwise I wasn’t allowed to check in. On top of that, I was required to pay a $100 fee if I only told them my last four digits instead of my whole credit card. "Parking was a bit confusing initially but soon sorted."

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."
