The rooms had been renovated recently and were spotless. The location is about a mile from Main Street Lake Placid, but it is easily accessible by car or even by walking if you so choose. Note that check-in is at Lake Placid Inn which is at the other end of town; but that caused no problems. We would definitely recommend Lake Placid Inn Residences for a couples or family stay."
