"The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooftop bar was fun and has an excellent view of the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is a lot of fun!"

"Positiv: Top Lage, Sauber, Coole Dachterrasse, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Manhattan durchaus ok. Negativ: Beim Check-In wird eine Resort & Facility Fee von $ 25,- p.P./N. eingehoben. Auf Nachfrage dient die ua. dazu das Haus zu warten und Gänge zu reinigen, aha. Wer also keine Lust hat beim Check-In nochmal die "Wir erfinden Gebühren um mehr Geld zu verdienen Fee" zu zahlen sollte sich vlt. etwas anderes suchen."

"I genuinely found a centipede in my bed as I was checking out, meaning i’ve been sleeping in a bed for two nights hugging all the pillows and sleeping with a centipede just crawling around in the same bed."

"Made a big mistake booking here - we had bags stolen from our room, the place is run down and shabby, the lifts are inadequate and they sting you for a Tourist Tax that you can only use if you queue up for 30 minutes! Avoid!!"

"Rooms tiny, couldn't even open my suitcase on the floor as zero space, also no natural light as the 2 different rooms I had looked on to another building so was generally just dark all the time and hardly any light in the room, aircon didn't work great. Overall wouldn't stay again."

"All of the staff was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the workout facility. I would definitely return with a lengthier stay. 10/10!!!"

"Two to three times a year I stay at this property and from the second I check in with Rosa at the front desk to the second I check out the staff is absolutely wonderful. Manuel and Judika in the 16th floor cafeteria/lounge were so nice and helpful to us. The housekeeping department was always making sure we had clean and dry towels."

"This hotel is right next to Lincoln Center and a block from Central Park. There is a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and a gelato shop as well as a Starbucks around the corner. It’s an easy walk to Times Square. The hotel room had a refrigerator but no coffee maker. The pool is on the roof and although small was a nice perk for the hot summer. The pool doesn’t open until 11 and would be much nicer if it opened in the morning so people with business could utilize it in the day. Overall it’s a...

"The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the TKTS steps, Times Square, Broadway theaters, and the Empire State Building. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping came daily and, if we weren’t ready when they first stopped by, they would usually try again later, which we appreciated. "투베드룸에 욕실도 둘 거실도 넓은 방을 선택했어요 전망은 아주 좋았고 넓어서 답답함은 없었지만 메인침실문은 뻑뻑해서 열고닫기가 너무 힘들고 욕실문을 사용할땐 온힘을 다해 열고 닫아야했고 먼지가 가득하고 심지어 먼지가 문을 사용할때마다 머리위로 떨어지고 샤워기줄은 갈라져서 물은 새고 있으며 관리상태가 엉망이였어요 하루 숙박료가 상당히 비싼것에비해 관리는 전혀 되어 있지 않았습니다 하루 38불의 강제 사용요금을 부과해서 무조건 38불을 소비해야하고 그렇지 않을경우 그냥 그돈은 없어지는 환불되지않는 돈이였어요 한국에선 없는 시스템이 생겼어요 다시 갈일은 없습니다"
