"I booked a king bed room and then I was told I was “upgraded” and put me in a room with two full beds, I came back and said I wanted a king bed and they told me there was no more king beds available and even though I had a reservation and they couldn’t do anything and could cancel my reservation if I wanted already being there…. The place was super cool and fun but what a terrible experience to start my stay there."

"We were here for 4 days and 3 out of the 4 we had no hot water. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty when we got there and never refilled."

"The property was very nice, everything was super accessible. Our room was very clean with a nice little kitchenette. Great view and staff was very helpful. You could text the hotel with questions through your visit, this was a great service and very convenient. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Overall nice stay, my room was clean and that's always top of mind. Had some TV troubles and they came right up and fixed it, very friendly as well. I will say however, some signs of age were showing in the bathroom. Caulk around shower was looking pretty rough, possibly moldy and even missing in certain spots which caused water to leak out onto the bathroom floor.
