Rooms are really outdated and not taking care of properly they should replace a lot of things. For a 4 star hotel they need to replace stuff like bathroom fixtures, mattresses etc
If the rooms were properly maintained I would stayed again because our kids and us had a good time. Waterpark and the beach is great. Everyone who works there are really nice and kind.It’s an older hotel and it has a character which I really loved. "

"God,venlig og gnidningsfri ind- og udtjek af hotellet.
Værelserne pæne - store og med godt aircon anlæg. Dejligt med udsigt til have med ro.
Stranden var skuffende - slet ikke så flot som på fotos og fyldt med sten, som man let kunne falde over. Dog pænt mange liggestole og parasoller.
Rigtig god mad- specielt på den store buffet-restaurant og Blue Moon. Den mexicanske restaurant skuffede dog, da vi ventede alt for lang tid på både drikkevarer og mad. Maden var kedelig og uappetitlig...

"Staff was super helpful, the room was clean, the trollies running around were fantastic, we usually travel to more party oriented resorts but for a family friendly resort we had a great time, a lot of the tours are local to the area as well "
