Only thing is that we did have some water issues, which is understandable considering how historical the hotel is. Other than that, the hotel and location was lovely. "

"The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking and you will not get a better view of the zocalo. We had a large room and bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning worked well. Comfortable beds. Large towels. All the amenities you would expect for a 5-star hotel. The staff was amazing, especially our porter, Emmanuel. He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and explain the history of the hotel. He even walked us a block away to help us meet our Uber. We were treated very well by the Gran Hotel and would highly recommend to all! 10/10"
