"Excellent"

"The hotel is Fab! The view is worth every penny and highly recommend getting a room with a view of the lake as watching sunset from the balcony was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The restaurant/ Bar was also fab with gorgeous pizzas for good value and could see a lot of locals visit to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was also never an issue. Only issue I would say is the lack of aircon. They do provide fans in the rooms but one of our nights it...

"was a lovely hotel to stay in for a nice city break in milan also close to a lot of restaurants also easy to access the trams. The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast, the food they had was nice but they didn’t not have much choice."

"Room was not what I had reserved Tv was not working, wall paper coming off the wall , picture on the wall had tape around it . Bathroom was for one person instead of 2 I do want mention that at the end of my stay the front manager came to talk to me and rebated around 133 euro from my bill Not enough in my opinion"

"this was a stunning hotel. It was exceptionally clean. It made me feel like I was leading lifestyles of the rich and famous. The spa was wonderful. We had a massage and I had a facial that was wonderful. We ate at Mistral their restaurant and this was an experience, but it is very expensive. They had a piano player in the lobby most evenings that was very, very nice. There are other restaurant was also very good and they have a very pretty pool. The views from our room were just superb.
