"Most of the staff working at this hotel are rude or just don’t like working there. There are a few people that will treat you well and have good customer service skills but that’s not the norm. The buffet lacks variety and they rarely have a table ready. They should do something to organize the shuttle lines, when the train arrives it’s very chaotic. Pescador restaurant was good, but the host that night was more interested in telling me about the mistakes I made instead of trying to help....

"This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level.
