"The check-in process was very easy. The property is clean but the rooms need updating. The bed was comfortable. Food was ok. If you are going, I would recommend you make a reservation for the restaurant before you arrive. I had a reservation through Expedia, and I still had a difficult time. We were told at the Hibachi Restaurant that we were already there. Still not sure what happened but they did accommodate us. They have no restaurant open 24 hrs, like most all-inclusive resorts. Need to work...

"It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open."

"We booked our stay on the adult side. We entered our room to a pungent musty moldy smell that was awful. The bathroom area was bit dirty & there was also rust in the shower area. The shower faucet handle came off & could not be put back on, our fridge was not working and our light would flicker on & off. Once made aware, the concierge assigned to us (Arlin) went way & beyond to rectify the situation & had us moved the very next day. He checked on us daily & made sure that we were squared away...
