"The resort is run down and workers informed us that it would be closed in a year. I could’ve had better quality at a motel 6. I’d rate it negative 5 stars if I could. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Our stay at Excellence is among the most memorable experience. The entire team right from the GM to the housekeeper goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. Food is awesome.
