"The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. Also the elevators did not work and we were put on the 3rd floor and I am handicapped. So it did make it a little difficult. "Four buffet not good restaurants are ok nothing fancy but if you don’t have reservations they won’t let you access them . You go to the concierge to make reservations when you get to know and guess what there’s no reservations available until the day you leaving ( coincidence *) I guess The nature and the weather at the Caribbean is beautiful but service staff not friendly and check in and check out process take too long I’ll come to punta Cana again but not for this resort "

"Up on arrival we entered to this large impressive lobby for check in, staff was very polite and friendly. We checked in to super large room on the grand floor. "problem with Reservation... After 90 min forced us in van with someone who spoke no english , whom drove us over 2 hrs away where it rained. We came home early. Dreams said they would give us a certificate to come back but once they found out we booked with Expedia they said Expedia wouldhelp us with runied vacation and xtra costs.
