"Space was very clean and there was lots to do and many great food options"

"I stayed at serenade in the swim up unit and can I just say wow, from when we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service making notice of Chayrell and Argapito was so great oh my God. During the trip I lost my camera in an uber and Chayrell took it upon herself to make sure I got it back which was above and beyond, the bars were beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing and the food was chefs kiss, all I can say is Serenade is heaven on earth and I cried when I had to leave"

"The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!!...

They could improve in maintenance if the room the balcony door curtain did not have the features that need to be open, the bath robe hanging in the closet was dirty, and of the 5 amenities that they put in the room I was just left 2 missing the shower cap and the sewing kit etc plus they did not put water bottles and the phone did not worked either I notified everything and it was corrected"

"The resort was unexpectedly great! I thought it would be just an okay resort but this place was super clean. I went with my husband and 3year old son and we had a blast. Entertainment was also great, everyday always has something to do. I definitely appreciate how the place was clean, we had no problems with mosquitoes because it was well maintained.
