"For an all inclusive it was very difficult to find food 24 hours a day, and when we did, it wasn’t great (think hotdogs). Be sure to make dinner reservations upon arrival for all nights. Room service didn’t arrive when ordered and each day they cleaned the room, picked up dirty towels and never supplied clean ones. We literally had to call every day to order towels. "The staff is amazing. The food was the worst i have ever had. There were flies and other insects that fell on the food. When i was at the gym there was some kind of chemical smell that made me extremely sick when i brought up to a supervisor he told me to use the gym at the family side. pretty much did not care about it. The worst vacation I ever had. I will never visit Serenade for Adults or any serenade resorts ever again"

"En general lo pasamos bien, un lugar bonito, limpio y agradable, muy tranquilo y relajado si es lo que buscas, pero también muy animado y con actividades si lo que quieres es divertirte. La suite de bien tamaño, cómoda, pero el A/C no podía bajar más de 67° F. Y no enfriaba lo suficiente. El agua de los baños olía mal, dijeron que era el drenaje. Otra cosa que no me agradó fueron las moscas en los restaurantes, andaban sobre la comida."
