"Pepita en el sabroso is so full of light and energy she will make anyone feel welcomed. Tony who works at the buffet by the beach is very welcoming and hands on. Knows what he is doing and an amazing worker. Very attentive. Jacob, very kind polite and welcomed our family with open arms. Thank you to all staff members for making our stay great!"

"The hotel is spotless with modern, well maintained rooms. The buffet and Tartufo restaurant were highlights, though Pescador was just okay. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."

"The Majestic Mirage is a great place to stay overall. Staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds and rooms are nice. The property is starting to show some wear and service has taken a dip since our last trip. Nothing that made the trip bad, but it was noticeable. We will likely go back. Bring floaties for the pool and cold cups for the bar. "

"We had a great time and were able to relax a lot, which is what we wanted. If you are traveling with teenagers, note that they are super strict on the age, and a 17 year old about to turn 18 will still get a kid bracelet! We were traveling with a group of 4, and the ones about to turn 18 were able to “buy” adult bracelets from the staff to eneter the disco and use the adult pool.
