"In a word, this resort was 'mid'. The pools were nice, the staff was ok, the food was ok. We've been to other resorts were the staff went out of their way to say hello, make sure you didn't need anything, like they were really happy to see you. This resort didn't have the same warmth. Most staff was friendly enough, but some did seem a bit bothered to help. The food was just ok at the buffet and at the diner style restaurant. The mexican place and steak house were very good. Entertainment was inconsistent. Most of it was not in the nicer large theater on property, but in the main lobby and it was dissapointing. We were traving with two kids between 9-11 and there wasn't much activities, and when there was, it was poorly communicated. All in all we had a decent time. The highlight was the money encounter excursion off property. We would not choose this resort again. "

"The facility is beautiful, but the food is very lackluster. Clean rooms, beautiful beach, and the staff was very good. The only thing is was the food was not good. They cut corners on quality, and they do not no what seasoning is."

Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. Very lively environment we thoroughly enjoyed our time here"
