"Property food was excellent! Well kept and beautiful hotel. Staff was hit or miss. Some were very nice and friendly but not on a regular basis. This has changed throughout the years. We were really surprised. The idea of going to a resort with family is to get an “all inclusive” experience. It was sometimes a hustle to get a beverage or even pool towels as if the staff was annoyed all the time."

"Room clean, staff was amazing!! There was plenty of activities throughout the day/night and always had available seating/umbrellas around pool and beach. Coffee shop was great!!"

He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He answered all of our questions whenever we needed him, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable, but Edwin definitely did. Thanks to him, our experience felt smooth, welcoming, and memorable.
