"Our room and bathroom had a moldy smell. The bathroom was old and moldy and the ventilation didn't work. "

"This resort was wonderful. Me and my partner were pleased with our room, the staff throughout the resort and the various on site restaurants. We will most definitely be returning."

"Booked this trip through Expedia. I had requested to have connecting rooms or at least rooms next to each other. When we got to check in, they told us our rooms were in two separate buildings which was unacceptable. I mean, I'm seriously not leaving my 16 and 18-year-old daughter in another building in another country alone! It took forever to check in. The girl seemed to not know what she was doing. When we asked them to check for other rooms so that we can be near our children, they said there were absolutely no rooms available and we would have to wait a few days until people checked out and then maybe they could accommodate. I walked away and went back a few minutes later and spoke to a gentleman there which I flashed a $50 bill and miraculously they were able to find rooms on the same floor in the same building. It was totally worth the 50 bucks to have peace of mind and my children close!! food was average, not great. Resort was beautiful, pool was beautiful. Beach was amazing also. Staff was friendly and overall was a nice trip. Just be careful when booking to make sure you have the rooms that you want and near each other. If not, you can always flash some money and get what you want! "

"Overall stay was ok - what made it better was the fact that we were Premier - and considered "special"....however i probably would not book this again. I wanted to make an honorable mention to Wanny at the premier reception desk - he was great in accommodating us to a better room. He truly helped us out! The rest of the staff specially in the buffet area looked like they were over it. They could be friendlier... they were NOT wanting to help or serve. One of the nights, we ran out of toilet paper and asked twice for it and no one ever came. We also had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned.. and again nothing. The kids club was good! my girls enjoyed going there in the afternoon. As premier we had access daily for free to The pirate ship waterpark - otherwise it was $10 per person per day... one good thing about the barcy club is that they do take the kids there once a day - so if you're not premier the kids would have access through the club. "

"Amazing resort to relax The rooms are beautiful Food is great paradisiac beach"

"The resort is beautiful but for an all inclusive, the food really isn’t that great. Examples: Lobster bisque was some sort of shrimp soup with a rubbery shell on top, fettuccine Alfredo was spaghetti noodles with a white soupy sauce. For the amount that is charged per guest, better chefs should be hired. Times for events are suggested and definitely runs more on “island time” No reservations for the restaurants is annoying when planning for groups and they only do 2 table rotations."

"This was my first time going on vacation and never leaving the resort, and it exceeded my expectations. Everything about the property is 10/10. I especially want to mention the amazing staff because they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I also loved that the entertainment team put on great shows every night. I will most definitely be returning to this property in the future. I almost didn’t check out 😂 Let this be your sign to book this resort, you won’t be disappointed."
