Our room was beautiful (2 bathrooms, jacuzzi on balcony, 2 entrances to balcony, seperated sitting room with another tv with privacy doors, soaking tub in room as well separate from shower )! The service staff were so very friendly and made my mom smile every encounter. The entertainment crew, specifically Xavier and Chacolate, were top notch and made the trip so very special for mom. "Great all inclusive! Travelled here with my husband a 4 boys ranging from 9-18. The food was decent, we loved the nearby excursions, and having a concierge for support throughout our stay was definitely beneficial. Wish the beach was nicer but completely out of their control and wish there were more authentic Dominican food, but the excursion provided us with a nice tasting experience. The boys liked the family lounge when it wasn’t too crowded and the hotel rooms were spacious. Overall great!"
