Outside tab and the balcony with sun-bed was awesome! Staffs were also attentive and friendly too.

Pro : walking distance to Gaya Sunday street, at the last shop of the alley (quiet), boutique hotel design with built in Bluetooth speaker Con : can hear noise if ppl walk /chit chat at night

Overall good. Mini shower head for 2 different rooms doesn't distribute water properly.

service and operations staff (front office F&B) were all very friendly and helpful at their own initiative. you don't have to ask, they know what to do. room was speck-less clean, however, the furniture inside are obviously old, run down & some are at the stage of going to break.

Quaint hotel, location is good, easy accessible to the famous eateries, markets and staffs are very helpful and friendly.

My stay at this hotel was rejuvenating. The soothing sound of the sea, the breathtaking natural surroundings, and the courteous staff all contributed to a delightful experience.

Pleasent to stay. Stay during weekend and peak time a bit congested during check in and breakfast. Overall its was awesome to be there

Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food.

Walkable to Jesselton Point Jetty, Suria Mall, Todak Waterfront (so many seafood stall for nightlife) and helped me booking a cab to airport (MYR30 per cab). The staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

If you looking for some place is clean, clear water, private, safe environment and served by a group of nice/warm/polite staffs, this is it. I thought I would be coming to this island only once, but yes I will come for another time if there is a chance! Thanks Gayana Marine Resort! You guys made me and my wife trip a great one👍
