"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"My room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! I loved the rainfall shower and auto opening toilet in the bathroom. The staff at check-in were super friendly and very attentive, I loved getting my luggage delivered to my stateroom! The location of this hotel was excellent, it was very close to a subway station and extremely walkable to the Osanbashi Cruiser Terminal and attractions like China Town and Yamashita Park. "Another outstanding stay at this property, and my third time here too! Was given a bay view room overlooking the Yokohama Bay Bridge, which was a nice change. Everything was totally top-notch, as usual, with the LINCOS supermarket conveniences and Bashamichi Station located just below the property. I do hope to come back again the next time I come to eastern Japan! Thank you, again, Oakwood Suites Yokohama! You have always done me proud, and I'm glad to have chosen this property!"
