Als wir da waren, war es sehr frostig draußen, aber über die Klimaanlage kann man schnell die gewünschte Zimmertemperatur erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, der Aufenthalt im Onsen war wunderbar. Beim Frühstück hat man die Auswahl zwischen japanischem oder westlichen Frühstück, war beides gut.
