I stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful for a longer stay. The location was great—about a five-minute walk from the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The Location is perfect with direct access to JR Shikensen and other subway. The staff in the hotel will do what ever is possible to make your stay comfortable. Like everything in Japan the Room are Clean, no noise a plus in such big city.

Clean and Spacious Hotel

Clean Hotel. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Wifi is OK. It is very clean. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Tea bags, comb, toothbruth and other accessories can be got at the lobby easily. If you arrive Yokohama by JR line. Please turn right after you exit. You have to go upstairs to ground floor and get in the buillding named JOINUS. After you get in JOINUS, you go down to B2 by escalators. You walk through the restaurants path then you can see the entrance of the Blue line Metro Station at B2. The Shin-yokohama Metro Station is at the side of hotel. You can leave the platform to the Exits by lift (towards Exit No.10 direction). After you exit at No.10, there is a life to go to the ground floor. So do not follow the google to leave the station at Exit No.8. So you do not need to carry the luggage all the way. You can check the exact location by the display guide in the station. There is three breakfast sets you can choose at free cost. It is simple but tasteful. There are many convenience shops nearby. Other than the nearby various restaurant, there is a 24 hours fast food shop. You can have food easily. All the staffs are nice and helpfuil. Highly recommend!

Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport. The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English.
