"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. "The hotel is located on a quiet street not too far from Shinjuku. Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff were great. The rooms are small as are any rooms in Tokyo, but otherwise we had a great stay."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
