"The room was clean and well maintained. You always see the cleaning crew hard at work. The building was secure to not just let anyone come in and out so it felt very secure. The amenities are top notch, in house laundry, public bath, microwave and of course a vending machine made simple pleasures convenient. The Teppanyaki restaurant on the 1st floor is superb for both breakfast and Dinner. When I come back i’ll be booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!!"

"Fabulous stay. Highly recommend. I’m a very picky traveller when it comes to hotels - and this one blew me away. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were incredible. The hotel and rooms brand new, spotless. The views from the room were stunning. Three metro stops within a min of the front door of the hotel yet a quiet neighborhood. The only downside was the gym. If you like to weight lift - you need to find another gym but one is very close by. I’d stay again any time. Last time I was in Japan I...

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
