"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Good location for those who don’t need to stay in the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Tokyo but would like easy access to them via transit. Would stay again!"

"とても綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にピッチャーが置いてあり、フロアにある給水室でいつでも給水や氷を入れられるのはとても有り難かったです。 1Fにあるローソンの食べ物の品揃えが多く驚きました。 2泊3日の朝食付きで利用させて頂き、朝食はどれも美味しかったです。 ただ2日連続全く同じメニューだったのが少し残念でした...が、総合的にとても満足なのでまた利用したいです！ 素敵な家族旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"Le quartier est excellent, shopping, bars, restaurants, tout y est; et la localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas de la Yamanote line & deux stations de Shinjuku. La chambre était propre, de taille attendue à Tokyo, très petite, de sorte qu’il était complexe d’ouvrir notre valise. Un tres bon hôtel."

"Our stay was great! The room was small but we knew that and made best of it. The staff was super friendly and English was great. After our check out time the hotel was at 10am and our flight at 9pm and the hotel allows you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout so we could do a bit more exploring without having to go to the airport super early. We picked up our bags around 5pm and went off to the hotel! The hotel was in a great spot and very convenient for travel."

"Everything was pretty nice. Two issues: Very small and tight rooms. For those staying longer breakfast menu does not change, which is nothing really bad , but having same selection every day for 10 days is a little boring."
