"Good location on the oedo line so it was easy to get around Tokyo. We loved the bakery downstairs it was nice to grab breakfast and take it out to the lovely gardens. We took advantage of the rooftop and coin laundry which was nice at the tail end of our trip. Really clean and nice place definitely good value for what it cost us."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
