The staff were very welcoming, breakfast spread was good too. Walking distance to shopping streets and many food choices nearby. The room is generally clean, but more attention needs to be given to areas that are often overlooked like the air exhaust in toilet, air purifier/ dehumidifier, heater and side table (bottom shelves).

Impeccable service from amazing staff including Christine, James and Joshua. The hotel is exactly as you would expect from a beachside accommodation: close to the water with free bicycle usage, nice open air amenities and gorgeous rooftop pool, and free laundry is a huge bonus!

The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff did try and put some extra sheets on the beds so the springs weren't directly in our backs. Carpets were stained and smelled moldy. The staff were very friendly.

The room was so hit, the Aircon was really poor and it was 30°c + - the lift was cooler than the bedroom! The staff were lovely, and the area was great but we wouldn't come back as the room was so hot

I enjoyed the location, although the hotel itself is a little bit dingy. The biggest problem is that the air conditioning barely does anything. After I complained, the hotel sent a maintenance man up, who confirmed that it was working as expected — which is to say, barely. This is a tropical city, nonfunctioning air-conditioning is a dealbreaker. The window didn’t open without a special tool either, meaning that most nights required sleeping in temperatures above 25°C.
