"Good location, the room was ok but the appearance was old and poor maintenance. The lift is not suitable for old people and women because is It's very cramped and there are two elevators, the first one goes from the reception to the common floor and then there's another elevator that goes from the common floor to the apartments."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean. There is technically no front desk, which was a bit strange and no number to call if there was an issue. We did have the power go out in the hotel for a couple of hours.. luckily it was around dinner time so we stayed out a bit longer. Staff was nice, but I would try a different hotel if I returned to Rome."
