The property's first impression is fantastic, it is also centrally located to everything. Aporoximately 5-7 mins from the Vatican by walking, 10 drive or 15 mins walking from antiquties eg The Spanish steps, sightseeing tours, and premium shopping district,extremely accessible taxi transport. First class staff, exceptional housekeeping. It has been a wonderful experience staying here.
Great views & very friendly staff. Property could use some fixing and updating. The ceiling paint in our junior suite was peeling.
The bed mattress and pillows weren't too comfortable. The toilet ended up not flushing and running watervone night.

Bed-great. Staff-excellent. Breakfast fabulous and complimentary. Excellent, easy, gracious early check-in when asked for after a sleepless trans-Atlantic trip. Next door to my family’s room as requested. We were asked to conserve on towels which we usually do; however the showers leaked on bathroom floors, we had to use them to wipe up for safety. Loved hotel!
