"Cet hôtel est incroyable. Nous y avons 3 nuits. Nous avons été surclassés dans la villa avec piscine et jaccuzi chauffés moyennement un petit supplément. C'était magique. "I enjoyed my stay, everything was so prefect: from the staff, restaurants, pool, spa and all featured amenities. Ended up going to this hotel as a solo traveler and loved every single moment. I felt safe, welcomed and amazed with such beautiful view/ architecture. Highly recommend for solo and family travelers. "

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...
