"The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Our butler Alvero was excellent, always with a smile on his face! Anything we needed, he made it happen! Service was fantastic!!!! Food and drinks not the best. However, great coffee shop and entertainment staff. Rooftop room was nice, we enjoyed it and thought it was worth it, we had a great vacation. Loved the pools but the beach has too much seaweed so we couldn’t swim which was a little disappointing but overall great...
