"La comida buena ,las instalaciones perfectas ,desafortunadamente no todos los colaboradores son amables en su mayoría son indiferentes cuando se trata de brindar servicio ,reconocimiento especial a Orlando ,angel ,Ana ,Luisa y Fabiana que fueron sumamente amables y otra chica de brakets que no recuerdo su nombre pero nos atendió en el restauran buffet . La habitación si estaba limpia pero tenía problemas de cucarachas ,se les hizo saber al personal y realizaron limpieza incluso ofrecieron...

"The room was beautiful. The staff made extra efforts to decorate the room and make returning to the room special every time. The staff was amazing. Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy.
