"The room was clean, the swim up bar was nice, and overall the pools were well kept and clean. However, there were cockroaches in our swim up pool in our room and in the restaurants. The food was also subpar. We were only allowed to book 1 reservation throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because the only other place to eat was the buffet at nighttime. The buffet was not great, there were cold cuts and dairy based sauces just out, not on ice. Would not recommend."

"Bad attention, there was a lack of work staff, if you want to eat in a restaurant you have to queue for 3 hours because it is on a first-come, first-served basis but when you arrive at 5:30 there is no one and they tell you that they are full until 7:30 or 8, there are always more than two restaurants closed, so that they transport you inside the hotel they pass you by empty and tell you that they are going to pick up someone, I stayed 5 days and still does not pass the one who puts the things...

"As a solo traveler, I had the best time at Majestic Elegance. My personal butler, Dario went over the top to make my experience perfect. The Club bartenders Máxima and Angelina were so fun and sweet. Joel was so fun and helpful too. I highly recommend the swim up rooms and sneaking food to the cats!"

"The resort was nice and clean perfect if you going with your family. If you want to party this is not the place for you lol The vendors can be annoying, i just ignore them."

Room was clean, staff was wonderful and the live entertainment was excellent, I would say the quality of the food needs improvement, breakfast was great!"

"The property is beautiful, well kept, my room was very big and pretty. They could improve in maintenance if the room the balcony door curtain did not have the features that need to be open, the bath robe hanging in the closet was dirty, and of the 5 amenities that they put in the room I was just left 2 missing the shower cap and the sewing kit etc plus they did not put water bottles and the phone did not worked either I notified everything and it was corrected"

"Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. First day when you walk in there is people in the lobby showing interest to help you but the only thing they want from you is to sell you a membership for “Exclusive Travelers Rewards”. The presentation takes 4 to 5 hours and the membership cost 100k for Infinity, 50k for Platinum and 20k for gold. A complete waste of time."
