"Clean, Beautiful Resort. Beautiful beach. Pool and waterpark were fun, but long walk to get to the park. We enjoyed seeing cats hanging at the resort. Poor service from staff. Very difficult to make reservations if group is more than 4 people. They charge $35 to help you make a reservation if 8 ppl or more even though their app says charge for more than 8. We enjoyed ourselves with our young kids, but wouldn’t return."

"The pool is very enjoyable. We were able to get seats by the pool easily every single day and were able to jump to all the different ones. It’s a very big resort. It’s a lot of walking was done, but we thought that it helped us walk off all the food and drinks we were having our boy really love the kids club and wanted to go back a few days in a row, which gave us time to go to the casino and things where children weren’t allowed."

"A/C worked great. Rooms were amazing and views were beautiful. Always clean. Had multiple pools for different vibes. All were not to cold. All bars were very fast and drinks were delicious. Very good hospitality. Good security so your belongings are always safe. Food was spectacular. Cannot rave enough about this place and 1000% recommend and will be back"

"The hotel is spotless with modern, well maintained rooms. The buffet and Tartufo restaurant were highlights, though Pescador was just okay. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."

"Beach view was amazing , staff was friendly , food options were only great in the buffet and steak house , Asian too. As for the Mexican place I got served only onions as a vegetarian dish.. it was 9:30 and they had no more seating apparently. I wish there was a place with authentic Dominican food in the hotel. That’s the only complaint I have. "

"The property was spotless and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious, however, it had a weird moldy smell. The resort was impressive and they try hard to create a calm and relaxing experience. The beach was beautiful. Some of the issues, if I can really call them issues, were the beach and pool chairs, especially the good ones, were reserved by people putting their towels there, despite not using them for hours. "We had a great time and were able to relax a lot, which is what we wanted. If you are traveling with teenagers, note that they are super strict on the age, and a 17 year old about to turn 18 will still get a kid bracelet! We were traveling with a group of 4, and the ones about to turn 18 were able to “buy” adult bracelets from the staff to eneter the disco and use the adult pool.
