"The pools were immaculate and the drinks were very good. Service in general was very good. The ocean was red flagged all but one day which I expected having been here before. Food was a bit hit or miss. The Grill, Agave and Chez was best."

"The property is an old Margaritaville that was recently purchased by Hyatt and turned into a Dreams. When we first tried to check in we asked to upgrade to the villa area bc we wanted to have access to the kid free pools. So we paid an additional $1750. We were told that this included a villa with a butler, upgraded liquor and access to adult only pool. We waited 4 hrs to finally check in. We were then taken to the villa that had dirty area rugs. To this day I have yet to meet this "butler"....

"While the resort itself was beautiful and offered plenty of entertainment, the staff experience was mixed. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always kept the energy up. However, outside the bars, many staff members seemed less welcoming and less engaging. Customer service felt inconsistent throughout the resort, which was disappointing given how stunning the property is. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time, but a warmer, more attentive staff would have made it...

La comida no es tan buena, las piscinas tienen limo (hongo) en los bordes y para completar me robaron artículos de mi habitación con lo cual no me resolvieron nada.
