"The room they gave me very big like an apartment beautiful with all marble fllors, balcony looking right over marina beautiful view. Pool very nice. Very quiet in room and generally cam environment. Pool not crowded. Room service part of all inclusive.Personal concierge, Maria De Leaon, very helpful and friendly also she has great english. She kept in touch every day through Whats App. Everything clean and food great. Amazing value for price. "

"Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one. "

"What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how...
