"Great"

"Absolutely horrible room, and an awful experience overall (and not even cheap!) When I checked in, I was casually told: “Oh your queen room is actually going to smell really weird so we’ve moved you into a quad room” - I agreed because I had to. No explanation. No apology for moving me to a lesser room. The room was honestly disgusting. Not vacuumed. Dust and crumbs all over the seating area. Two flickering lights that didn’t work. Really old wiring, dingy, peeling paint. An embarrassment....

"Faltaron los pequeños detalles, pagamos por un cuarto para tres personas, nos dejaron solo dos botellas de agua y en las batas de baño tambien dejaron solo dos. Nos parecio un poco impersonal cuando se paga la habitacion para 3 personas y los detalles mostraban algo diferente. Creo que por el precio que pagamos por la habitacion al menos mereciamos esos detalles. La comida del restaurante estaba sabrosa, pero los precio sumamente altos... esa es mi humilde opinion."

"There were issues with the room not having heat. There were no amenities. Our room was next to the elevator, people were having intercourse loudly in the elevator. The hotel was not what we expected"
