"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"We booked s family room and when we arrived to the property it was switched to another from and unfortunately they could not accommodate and blamed Expedia. Hotel is nicely located and close to amenities"

"Staff was very responsive to any needs we expressed and very willing to help. Pool was nice, but didn’t use any other amenities. Location was excellent, right on the plaza de España and near a metro station. Several points of interest within easy walking distance."

"The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"

"The AC is a bit loud so def bring noise cancelling earphones🙏 no privacy curtains so if u care ab that this might not be the one for you. V comfortable beds BUT its a hassle getting up the stairs of the top bunk, be carefulll!! 🚨Bring a multiplug because theres only one outlet🚨 Amazing location, walking distance from EVERYTHINGGG, safe neighborhood and very lively too. Good shops in the area"

"Super choice to stay in Madrid. The location is super convenient, in the center but not in the most crowded part of the center. The rooms are very very comfortable and they are spacious. They are super friendly with kids. The staff is amazing. A nice breakfast buffet. It's really a nice choice. We loved it"
