"The pool was big abd nicely spread out with plenty of seating around and in the pool. We were upgraded to an ocean front view and it was amazing! Just a short walk to the pool or beach. Several dining options and we have no complaints. The food was very good."

"Airport pick-up's and drop off's are consistent, just call and inform the hotel on time. Property is neat, pool has jacuzzi but no hot tub, safe for families. Has a mini shopping center behind as if you are walking towards Courtyard hotel. It's 20 minutes uber $18 or personal car drive to hotel-zone, 15 minutes downtown. Staff were very friendly, gave us early check-in as soon as we arrived. Room service was excellent with bunny design on the towel. Breakfast was good, restaurant food was good. General ambience was great. Nice place to stay and explore cancun away from the crowd. "
