"Room was clean but hallways could be picked up more (Dirty room service trays). No top shelf liquor was a problem, and everyone was trying to sell you something; upgrade your room, your club status, selling oils at the spa, etc. the biggest issue was not being able to swim on the beach due to seaweed. If the staff wasn’t so fabulous, the trip would have been a total loss. "

"Staff were incredible. Very accommodating. Resort was very clean. Unfortunately, the beach was full of seaweed. They did their best to try to clean it up daily. Might’ve just been the time of year. This was not the hotel’s fault as they were doing their best. It was just nature."

"I really recommend Sensira Spa and Resort. Everything was almost perfect during our stay, except for the beach. I chose Sensira because it’s on the beach, but we couldn’t enjoy it because it was full of seaweed. We learned that they’ve been dealing with this issue since 2014, and it’s seasonal from April to October. The most disappointing part was that small resorts nearby to Sensira seemed to be managing it better. To enjoy the beach, we usually had to walk a few meters away from the resort, but couldn’t use other resorts’ amenities."

Their airport pick up option is 100% reliable and the driver stays in constant communication with you throughout. The hotel staffs are super kind from the front desk to the cleaners and also the restaurant staff downstairs. I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again! "
