"It was hot! The restaurant AC did not work and only had limited fans to go around. Property was not very well lit at night. WiFi work only in certain areas and would loose WiFi in the rooms. One WiFi and AC did not work. All three rooms were “ocean view” but only one had an actual view of the beach. All three rooms were in separate buildings. Making getting together difficult. Front desk were not helpful and we had to checkout after that one night on our three day reservation."

"the rooms with "good rate" are the ones close to the street; and it's very close to the street which has a speed limit of 70km/hr! the engine noise is huge even approaching midnight.
also the so called "free breakfast included" is a catch: it's turned out to be a very minimal "continental" breakfast: two pcs of sliced bread and a little bit fruit is all you'll get; and it must be served by the staff (so you can't take more )... "

"the only bad part is the Restaurant palapa, Birds all over tables, your plates with food and on top all the buffet area walking on top of the food, They got rid off the guy with the Falcon Venus that kept the birds away from the restaurant and it is disgusting having the birds on top of the food and we all eating from that food!
Management got rid off this guy with the falcon Venus and the situation is terrible, I was there August 28, 29 and 30th and was not nice at all trying to eat with birds...
