I discovered multiple reddish-brown stains across the bedding that appeared to be dried blood, including smears and transfer marks in several areas. I photographed everything immediately. Finding bedding in this condition at any hotel is disturbing; at a property marketed as five-star, it is completely unacceptable. The AC also would not cool the room below roughly 25–26°C and required two technician visits before it finally worked. What...

Breakfast at the property was a plus. Not too much variety but what was offered was very good. A great start to a busy day. I would stay there again for another short visit to Barcelona."
