"Unfortunately I slipped on the very small polished black granite bath floor, hit my head on the tub and vanity and never left the room for 4 nights to try to get healthy. Tub shower is very tight and has nothing to deter slipping when it gets soapy, along with the bath floor. When my wife went to get some ice, she was given a run around from staff? She also got sick after eating a pork dinner.
Location is excellent! Hotel is Beautiful!
Much construction noise in front of the hotel, so beware!"

"I stayed here with my family and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The service was poor throughout our stay — staff were unhelpful and slow to respond whenever we needed something. More seriously, we had valuable items go missing from our room. For a hotel in this location, that is unacceptable. I would not stay here again."
