"This hotel is in a perfect location in the Gothic quarter. Before we arrived the hotel sent us information on how to request pillows, linen preference and queen bed, very communicative! All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant Caelis, superb! We used Expedia to purchase and 2 days in asked us if everything was good and had the hotel provided welcome amenity, or upgrade on room? We think our room was perfect with a view of the Cathedral, but no amenity. Next day...

Génial d avoir un petit frigo...lit confortable...je me suis blessée à la cheville et on m a régulièrement donné des glaçons en me demandant des nouvelles...Le quartier n est dans un secteur chic certes mais j étais seul avec un enfant et zéro problème. De plus idéalement situé pour les visites. Si nous revenons à Barcelone je n hesiterais pas à reprendre cet hôtel."

"This property had a winding, narrow 25 step staircase to get to the apartment and was noisy late into the evening with neighborhood noise. The stairway entrance should be information listed for this property. It was difficult for us senior folks to manage the stairs. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom!"
