"Never traveled to europe before and being american, we have certain standards we are used to. Hubby booked this room after research. It took some navigation to find it, but once we did it was a gem of a place. Very quaint and inviting with a very modern remodel. Spacious bathroom and shower with all amenities one would need. Loved the nespresso machine and biscuit before bed. Bed and pillows super comfy. The only complaint (again being from US) was the echoing noise from other occupants. ...

"Unfortunately I slipped on the very small polished black granite bath floor, hit my head on the tub and vanity and never left the room for 4 nights to try to get healthy. Tub shower is very tight and has nothing to deter slipping when it gets soapy, along with the bath floor. When my wife went to get some ice, she was given a run around from staff? She also got sick after eating a pork dinner.
Location is excellent! Hotel is Beautiful!
Much construction noise in front of the hotel, so beware!"

"It’s rather old hotel with its own charm. The room is very small by non-European standards, but it’s good enough for your sleep between the sightseeing sessions. The location is very good and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions offered by Barcelona. The hotel has a 24hr buffet which is very convenient if you want to recharge before going out. The buffet also has free beer and wine 😁👍 and there is a good breakfast in the morning."

"Very near the harbor to catch a cruise. Nice rooftop bar. Helpful staff. No handle to grab to in shower. A loose dangerous shelf with knifesharp edges in shower. Bed on the stiff side for my taste. Good breakfast"
