"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

" Heals our luggage on pre checkin. Girls were great however the fella that checked us in not so great. I had to return to the desk 3 Times didn’t explain the card system to us . "Got to the place very tired after a long flight…..room was hot….and the thermostat was set very warm. Requires a key to drop the temp. My wife found a room attendant who immediately told her that as soon as we paid her….she would drop the temp but not u til she got some cash. iPad it as needed air….Wife was appalled and wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is on the Ramblas, close to Plaza Catalunya. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."

"The reception staff is amazing but the room service is horrible. We called to clean our room and to have coffee and water twice but never done. Take care when doing checkout and verify everything detail. When i did my checkout they told me that i have a balance to pay xxx euros but when checking my bank i found 2 operations and till now they don’t answer my mail to send me detailed receipt or to make my refund 😳😳😳😳"
