"Great restaurant, great staff and the very clean"

"Room is not very clean. Had to tell the staff to clean. We had an issue with the bathroom faucet leaking but it wasn’t fixed immediately. It literally flooded the bathroom before the staff came to fix it the next day. We were offered 2 complimentary drinks at the bar for our issues. I would’ve rather not have the issues than be given 2 drink tickets. This was the last leg of our European tour and it didn’t give us the reprieve we were seeking."

"The hotel is great for a one night stay before your flight. The staff is not that friendly but not impolite. The elevator to the 4th floor has problems. Some guests with kids make a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. It took a long time to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. My first room was a box that I had to go back down an request another room which they obligingly did. I stayed for two nights which is too long. The breakfast was OK and just had some problems.
