"We are from the US. My husband & I traveled with 3 kids (13, 11, & 9) and my mom. Everything at this hotel was top notch but specifically the service. It is top notch. We travel alot & noticed a significant decline in service post pandemic. This facility is phenomenal. They helped get luggage out of the car & taken to our room upon arrival. They have beautiful views & a pool on the rooftop. Even their rooftop bar/sandwiches were really good. The breakfast buffet had literally everything even...

"Our aircon didn’t work. The hotel should have moved our room in the first instance but instead sent three people in to ‘fix’ it. They didn’t fix it. And we had three people in our room instead. One while my husband was sleeping. In the end - as i was tired of complaining- I had extra sheets sent up and I slept on the sofa in the next room. At check out, I had to ask for compensation and was offered a token reduction on the cost of some food we had. Honestly, I am so disappointed with everything...

"The hotel is located very close to a Metro station as well as to Las Ramblas. Many places to eat are close by. The breakfast buffet the hotel offers was excellent! The staff is very pleasant and helpful."

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Very nice hotel tucked away in a side street. Nice selection for breakfast. Room was clean and had kettle, fridge ammenities provided.Staff were friendly and it is situated very close to Drassanas netro station. Also only a short walk to La Ramblas."

"The rooms are amazingly beautiful. However they will try to uplift you to another room if you arrive before your check in. This is done if you want a room asap. As well they also try to sell you breakfast at a discount. However the cost of breakfast applies to each occupancy and for the full duration of your stay. Even if you do not have breakfast. So be mindful of your choses. However the breakfast is also amazing!"
