"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Such lovely staff, beautiful building, the pool and rooftop bar are great touches. The room I had was on the cheaper side of rooms there, generally I’d say it was worth the money! A couple of rough spots in the room-some spots on the bathroom ceiling and a chip in the flooring, but very clean and well maintained otherwise -appropriate for the cost! Great location, I’d stay again"

"We would definitely stay here again. We had a comfortable, pleasant room. The HVAC worked very well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic! We took off a star because we had some trouble with the WiFi and the room lacked a few things we would have liked to have: facial tissues, hair conditioner, and a full length mirror. The Rambla was under construction, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we were really happy with our stay."

"We purposely chose an American chain hotel with air conditioning in mind. As soon as you walked into hotel it was hot and muggy. The ac could not keep up with the temperature outside. When we walked into our room it was extremely warm. Adjusted the thermostat and nothing improved after running all day. After complaining about the lack of ac to both staff and management they finally agreed there was a problem with the system. Much work and prompting to the staff and management was required to...

"Great location next to the beach with private beach area. Great view from the rooms and the air conditioning works well. Rooftop cocktail bar is worth visiting with outstanding views of Barcelona. Staff are really helpful and can’t do enough for you. Only stayed for one night (pre-cruise) but would definitely stay here if we wanted a longer city break."

"I can’t see any reason to recommend this place. It’s very far from everything. The food is terrible in all the restaurants and there are zero restaurants nearby. The rooms are garish - we had two separate rooms both were missing supplies like a bathrobe, toiletries and ample towels. Loud music playing all day and night, deserted industrial marina location and really disappointing food made the trip less enjoyable than we had hoped.
