"The room was clean, staffs were very helpful however the room including the hallway seems so dark because of the paint. Could be lighter. The elevator up & down button was not working."

"Staff were lovely, the room clean and tidy, modern design, ours was a twin room number 109… decent size and a nice bathroom with good shower. The window gave very little light as it overlooked an internal area where pipes etc were so no view at all. I should prob have e checked the view when booking. We did have an issue with late night music noise which went on to about 2:00/3:00am every night … other than that the location is pretty perfect for all the areas . Great metro and bus links close...

"The room was pretty good. I found it comfortable, clean, and really one of the nicer rooms I’ve stayed in. I’d also say that the location makes it easy to find. The thing is that the roof terrace seems run down as does the rest of the building. The stairway is narrow. The hallways are narrow. If people were getting off of the elevator and I was getting on, I had to wait around the corner from it so that the people getting off could navigate the hallway.
