"This place was a delight to stay at and perfect for a solo traveller. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the artsy decor and the extra lighting options with soft recessed lighting. Unfortunately the soundproofing was not great as I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. "I picked this hotel because it was located right in the Gothic area in Barcelona. The reciews I had read were pretty good. However, the hotel is nice. "This hotel is in a perfect location in the Gothic quarter. Before we arrived the hotel sent us information on how to request pillows, linen preference and queen bed, very communicative! All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant Caelis, superb! We used Expedia to purchase and 2 days in asked us if everything was good and had the hotel provided welcome amenity, or upgrade on room? We think our room was perfect with a view of the Cathedral, but no amenity. Next day...
