"Our room and hotel were immaculate. All front desk staff and our housekeeper were excellent. We were well taken care of by Jasmine and Anne who insured a cab came to the property to pick us up for our early train.
Upon arrival Sherry took us under her wing and made great suggestions for dining out. This was immensely helpful.
We stayed in Hamsa House and found the community in the lobby of Hotel California with staff and guest for welcoming."

"The Lamaro is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the gothic quarter. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times. The elevators were small and wait times for them were lengthy, at times. My room was pleasant but I had a view of a wall. In my opinion, the property is not a 5 star hotel. We had a fantastic time here! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of so many city sites and beautiful scenery. The beds were very comfortable, and while the rooms are typical European size and modest, they were clean and perfectly suited for our needs as a place to sleep and shower. The price was also extremely reasonable for such a central location. Highly recommend!"

"Not all rooms are equal. Ours was small. Little sliding window. Bathroom amenities not replenished. No tissues. No where to place soap. It just sits in the sink. No room for two. It’s ok. Would not return. Too expensive for what you get.
