"Executive room Hah dont make me laugh 1. the View was straight into a Brick Wall 2. the shower leaked all over the floor and into the room it was reposted 3 times what was the best they could do for the whole 4 days offer extra towels 3.2 Android tvs 1 wouldn't connect to internet reposted 3 times unable to fix as didnt know what was wrong was the Hotel interested No they really weren't bothered no room changed offered no reduction not even a "sorry""

"Thr hotel is licated in the World Trade Centre complex by Barcelona port about 10 minute walk to the south end of Las Ramblas and the Colombus Column. Good for walking to the Gothic area of the city and the many cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and a comfy bed with views of tge harbour and sea. Friendly and heloful staff at reception. ps the Red Open Top City Tour Bus stops outside the entrance to the hotel, which was useful."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Viertel ist belebt, aber nicht zu touristisch. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein paar Meter weiter sind viele Restaurants und Cafés zu finden. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur wegen des Personals an der Rezeption - am Anreisetag war die Dame sehr sehr nett, wohingegen sowohl am Tag 2 als auch Tag 3 das Personal eher patzig und genervt schien. Ich hatte (extra 2x) gemeldet, dass ich etwas verloren habe und darum gebeten, dass es notiert wird, falls...
